OCI Foundations Associate - Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

It is aimed at people doing designing, deploying and operating cloud workloads, or moving into it deliberately. It maps to roles such as Cloud Engineer, Cloud Architect, Platform Engineer and Infrastructure Engineer. You do not need an earlier certificate to start here.

The exam is built around designing, deploying and operating cloud workloads — concretely, provisioning and networking, identity and access design and cost and scaling decisions. We track Oracle's published objective list rather than summarising it.

It is listed at USD 200, or USD 129 with WebAsha's 10% discounted voucher. Oracle sets the price and it varies by region and currency, so confirm the current amount with our team before paying.

It is registered as 1Z0-1085-25 exam. The code matters at booking: similar Oracle titles are easy to confuse.

Duration, question count and the pass mark are set by Oracle and revised between versions. Check the official page for current values — we verify them at booking so you never prepare against stale numbers.

Whether anything is formally required is decided by Oracle and listed officially. The practical test is whether you can already perform provisioning and networking, identity and access design and cost and scaling decisions unaided. Our advisors will say if a lower-level exam suits you better.

The honest answer varies with your exposure to designing, deploying and operating cloud workloads. We time the booking off your practice data, not a generic schedule.

Sessions are live and instructor-led, with lab access you keep outside class hours. It matters because cloud build and migration labs only stick once you have done them yourself.

Yes, including cloud build and migration labs and question sets mapped to the objectives. Each attempt returns an objective-by-objective breakdown, so revision targets weak areas instead of the topics you enjoy.

Oracle decides retake terms, and they are not the same across its portfolio. Read the official terms, and we will focus the retake prep on the objectives you dropped marks on.

Validity and any recertification requirement are set by Oracle and change from time to time. Confirm the current terms on the official certification page — we flag the renewal path at booking so it does not surprise you years later.

Whether you can sit it remotely is Oracle's decision and varies by certification and country. We confirm which options are open to you in your country when the voucher is issued.

Yes, they are genuine Oracle vouchers, booked through the proper channel. We do not sell leaked or real exam questions — that breaches Oracle's certification policy and puts your credential at risk.

It maps onto roles such as Cloud Engineer, Cloud Architect, Platform Engineer and Infrastructure Engineer. It will not replace experience, though it does signal you can run provisioning and networking, identity and access design and cost and scaling decisions without hand-holding.

The reason employers care is simple — a misconfigured resource shows up on the invoice. Preparation for OCI Foundations Associate - Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is built around designing, deploying and operating cloud workloads, so the practice stays useful after the certificate arrives.
