Enrollment at Forte WebAsha Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves your seat, trainers, materials, and lab resources up-front. Because that value is committed the moment you enroll, all fees are non-refundable — with flexible transfer and credit options if your plans change.

01. Overview

Forte WebAsha Technologies Pvt. Ltd.("WebAsha", "we", "us") invests in your success from the moment you enroll — reserving your seat, allocating trainers, and unlocking premium courseware, recordings, and lab environments. Because these resources are committed and largely delivered up-front, all fees paid are non-refundable.

By enrolling in any WebAsha program — classroom, live-online, or self-paced — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. This policy is in addition to, and prevails over, any other representation, and applies across all our Linux, Cloud, DevOps, Cyber Security, Data Science, and AI programs.

02. All fees are non-refundable

Once a payment is completed, it is final and non-refundable. No refund — full or partial — will be issued for, including but not limited to:

Change of mind, personal reasons, relocation, medical, work, or scheduling conflicts.
Non-attendance, partial attendance, dropping out, or discontinuing the program after enrollment.
Dissatisfaction with pace, delivery mode, trainer, or your own performance or results.
Failure to clear a certification exam, or not securing a placement / interview outcome.
Registration, admission, or administrative fees, and any convenience or payment-gateway charges.
Certification exam vouchers once issued or redeemed (governed by the vendor — Red Hat, AWS, EC-Council, Microsoft, etc.).
Study material, recordings, cloud-lab credits, or software licenses once granted or activated.
Enrollments under discounts, seasonal offers, scholarships, EMI, corporate, or group bookings.
Applicable taxes (GST) already paid on the invoiced amount.
Technical issues at the learner's end (device, internet, or software), or missed live sessions.

03. Flexible alternatives we offer instead

While fees are not refundable, we don't want your investment to go to waste. In place of a refund, and subject to our approval, you may be offered:

Transfer to a later batch

Reschedule your enrollment to any upcoming batch of the same program (one time, subject to seat availability and approval).

Nominate a substitute

Can't continue? You may transfer your seat to another eligible candidate before the batch begins, with our written approval.

Learning credit note

Where approved, your paid amount may be converted into a credit note, valid for 12 months toward any WebAsha program.

04. How a request is handled

Submit a written request
Email [email protected] within 3 calendar days of payment with your name, program, batch, and payment reference. Requests are considered only in writing.

Discretionary review
Forte WebAsha Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reviews the request against this policy. Approval, if any, is at the company's sole discretion.

Alternative offered first
Where eligible, we offer a free batch transfer or a credit note before any monetary refund is considered.

Net amount, if approved
Any approved refund is issued net of all deductions (see below), to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

05. Deductions on any approved refund

In the rare event that a monetary refund is approved at our sole discretion, it will be issued net of the following, and only the remaining balance (if any) will be returned:

Non-refundable registration / administrative fee.
Applicable taxes (GST) already remitted to the authorities.
Payment-gateway, transaction, and processing charges.
The pro-rata cost of any sessions delivered and materials, recordings, or lab credits already provided.
The value of any discount, offer, or scholarship applied at enrollment, which stands withdrawn.

After these deductions, the refundable balance may be nil. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

06. If WebAsha reschedules a program

We reserve the right to reschedule batches, change trainers, or move sessions online to protect the quality and continuity of your training; such changes do not entitle you to a refund. In the unlikely event that Forte WebAsha Technologies Pvt. Ltd. permanently discontinues a program with no alternative batch available, you will be offered a credit note or a transfer to another program of equivalent value, which shall be considered full and final settlement.

07. Chargebacks & payment disputes

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute in breach of this policy is treated as a violation of our terms. In such cases we reserve the right to immediately suspend your access to all programs and materials, and to recover any resulting costs, fees, and dues through appropriate means.

08. Discretion, amendments & governing law

All decisions regarding cancellations, transfers, credits, and refunds rest solely with Forte WebAsha Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are final and binding. We may amend this policy at any time without prior notice; the version published on this page applies. This policy is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra.

Nothing in this policy affects any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
