Training overview:
OSCP+ is OffSec's penetration-testing certification, and PEN-200 is the course that prepares you for it. The 19 modules in OffSec's current syllabus run from information gathering and vulnerability scanning, through web, client-side and password attacks, to privilege escalation, tunneling and Active Directory. The exam is a proctored practical test in a 24-hour slot.

Requirements:
You should be comfortable with Linux and the command line. Online participants need a stable internet connection and a laptop or desktop for the live labs.
Prerequisites:
OffSec sets no formal prerequisites. It strongly recommends a solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, reasonable Windows and Linux administration experience, and familiarity with basic Bash or Python scripting.
Career benefits:
OSCP can lead to senior offensive-security roles. In India, OSCP-certified penetration testers typically earn ₹6 LPA to ₹38+ LPA as they gain experience.
