Training Overview:
The CKA tests whether you can install, configure and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters. It is a hands-on, performance-based exam with 5 domains: cluster architecture, installation and configuration (25%), workloads and scheduling (15%), services and networking (20%), storage (10%) and troubleshooting (30%). The training follows those domains and prepares you for the exam.

Cluster Architecture: Kubernetes components, extension interfaces and RBAC.

Installation: Building clusters with kubeadm, plus Helm and Kustomize for cluster components.

Workloads & Scheduling: Deployments, rolling updates, autoscaling and Pod scheduling.

Services & Networking: Service types, Ingress, the Gateway API, Network Policies and CoreDNS.

Storage: Volumes, PV/PVC and StorageClasses.

Troubleshooting: Finding faults in clusters, nodes, networking and applications.

Cluster Maintenance: Cluster upgrades and etcd backups.

Command Line: Daily, fluent use of kubectl.
Requirements:
Online participants need a stable internet connection and a laptop or desktop. The programme includes instructor-led sessions and practice tests.
Pre-Requisites:
CKA has no formal prerequisite. We recommend Linux command-line skills and a basic knowledge of containers (Docker) before you start.
